Due to the nature of gift items and customized products, our return policy is structured to ensure fairness and product integrity.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Item is damaged upon delivery, or
  • Wrong item was delivered

Conditions:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized gifts
  • Opened or used items
  • Change-of-mind purchases

Return Process

  2. Provide photo/video evidence
  3. Await approval before returning

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

Exchanges

  • Available for defective or incorrect items
  • Subject to product availability

Return Shipping

  • If the issue is our fault, we cover return costs
  • Otherwise, the customer may bear the cost

Refusal of Returns

We reserve the right to reject returns that:

  • Do not meet stated conditions
  • Show signs of use or damage not caused during delivery
