Due to the nature of gift items and customized products, our return policy is structured to ensure fairness and product integrity.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- Item is damaged upon delivery, or
- Wrong item was delivered
Conditions:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized gifts
- Opened or used items
- Change-of-mind purchases
Return Process

- Provide photo/video evidence
- Await approval before returning
Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
Exchanges
- Available for defective or incorrect items
- Subject to product availability
Return Shipping
- If the issue is our fault, we cover return costs
- Otherwise, the customer may bear the cost
Refusal of Returns
We reserve the right to reject returns that:
- Do not meet stated conditions
- Show signs of use or damage not caused during delivery
